errorcode 312 (fuel system) 700 1989

1989 744GL,B230F,M47

Last time i checked for errors the led reads 312 with cable in terminal 2. the faq says "wiring break between EZK terminal 4 and FI #28". What does it mean and how to fix?

    I thought Germany had Motronic equipped cars. The FAQ is for cars with LH 2.4. For LH 2.4, error code 3-1-2 is "Signal missing for knockrelated fuel enrichment"

      So i have to replace the knock sensor? But there aren't any knock related codes with cable in terminal 6. Just wondering why.
