Splash has a tear on left side like a ear(actual size) broke from the main pan.Has anybody tried those aftermarket pans on sale at EBAY for 20-22$.How do they fit?Quality?

I bought one from IPD and it did fit entirely (had to leave out two bolts). Previously I have purchased one from a dealer that fit perfectly. Suggest you get it from a Dealer as Volvo OEM part.

I bought one from Trollhatten. Same problems. Back it goes. Those SOBs.

Funny you should ask. I just received a splash pan I bought from Trollhattan. Their auction page says OEM Volvo. It's not even close.

Made by Sameer. Poor quality, wimpy plastic, terrible molding, huge bolt holes. What do you expect for the price. I e-mailed them telling them I was not happy with a part I bought under the belief it would be an OEM part. They replied saying them meant it was "OEM quality". dogdoo. I bought a Sameer coolant tank from another e-bay vendor that

that claimed OEM (who has ceased selling them since my purchase) that ended up splitting in half within a week. You have to be careful what you buy on e-bay. There are a few good deals and a lot more bad ones.

I bought mine from another source, but it fit great. FCp Groton has been great to deal with. I don't have experience with Trollhattan.
