spark plugs compatibility 200 1985

According to Haynes, Bentley and Chilton, my 85 245 GL/ B230F has Bosch WR7DC spark plugs. Does anyone know the equivalent of these plugs for:

1) Bosch platinum

2) Champion

3) NGK

Response appreciated. Thank you.

Most manufacturers have a comparison list. Just check with your supplier

Thanks again Paul. BTW, how is this different from BP6ES? I know BP6ES is available from my local supplier but I have to check about BPR6ES.

The diff. is the "R" for resistor plug...mainly to help prevent radio noise. Don't use, nor need resistor plugs for the 245Ti....

I have an '85 760 ti with Magnecor ignition wires (I believe resistor type). Do I use plugs with the "R" or no "R"?

My bad memory tells me that all 700's use resistor plugs. However, with the low cost of NGK's you could experiment with the non R plugs.....don't experiment with heat range though, other than one step cooler.
