Checking fuel pressure 700 89

I have a 160 PSI pressure gauge I would like to use to check my fuel pressure. Will I be able to find the fittings I need to tap into my line at a hardware store? (are the fittings standard 37 deg. fittings used in natural gas connections or metric? )

Thanks

Steve

No: see the 700/900 FAQ for instructions on how to build such a tester, with the specific fittings needed. Around 1991 Volvo added a schraeder fitting on the rail to make things much easier, but yours does not have it.
