Most people get in the range of 0.87 to 0.93, and the reading is fairly steady (it cycles from about 0.25 to 0.75 when not in boost). What you want to do is measure voltage at stock boost. Make sure it stays about the same as you raise the boost. That way you know you have enough fuel.
02 sensors in cars are not wide band. They are accurate only around 0.50 volts. As the voltage gets to an extreme, whether low or high, the 02 sensors are not guaranteed to be accurate. Wide band 02 sensors exist, but cost over $300. Many people use air fuel ratio meters or voltmeters to measure output. On the Volvo 2.1 and 2.3 turbos, the numbers I have read on my car and on other people's cars are in the range above. Every car varies a bit. The ground should be a good one. Some people say use the engine block. Other say use the ground point at the ECU. Make sure that you are not losing much voltage when the boost is high compared to normal boost. You should make sure your injectors are cleaned and balanced. If the voltage drops, you need fuel enrichment of some sort.
