cleaning horn buttons on steering wheel 700 90

How do you clean the horns buttons on the steering wheel? Never been cleaned......

I used Fantastik and an old toothbrush when I bought my brick. Finish with a paper towel. The P.O. never cleaned them...easy job...looked great.

Just don't get things too wet.
