What is it? B230F 200 1985

Located on the passenger side of the block, approx. 4" below the head and 2.5" forward of the bellhousing is a "barbed" type hose connection(?) that extends from the block.

What is it? Should it leak oil?

    Befor jumping to conclusions make sure you are not leaking oil from the cap at the back of the head.Oil will leak right over the drain cock.

    It's for draining the coolant from the block.

      Yeah, it's the coolant drain. If it's leaking oil, you have a MAJOR problem! :)
