Going to look at a 78 242 DL. 150K, one owner, dealer service type owner. She's asking 1800. Seems high unless it is very clean. Anyhing to look for.

Just sold my 78 244 with 314K on it and the engine was never apart. IMHO, this is a good year with the B21 and K jet. Rather simple machine, but oil and coolant can leak. Metal radiator, but may need cleaning. Rust will be your biggest enemy.

Price really isnt bad if it has had good maintenance and interior is good and runs isnt a problem.
