dragging brakes 200 1981

my 81 240 is used on a rural mail route of 130 miles and 300 boxes every day. about halfway into the route, the brakes start dragging. any suggestions will be helpful. thanks

Have you changed the brake fluid lately?

Water greatly lowers the boiling point of brake fluid.
