Eratic idle 200 89

Yesterday, my 89 240 DL started to have an eratic idle. The car would almost die unless the throttle was depressed slighly to increase engine speed. This is intermittent now and doesn't seem to be effect by engine temp. The car was just filled with gas and the weather has suddenly turned very cold here central Washington state. Thanks.

check all vacum hoses, they have a large effect on the ability for the car to maintain a proper idle, yours may have come loose, split and other wise. Also look for loose/disconnected wires.
