Has anybody actually INSTALLED a K or H cam in a B230F? 200 1991

If so, what are impressions?

I have been advised against using the H cam in that engine, but K was favourably commented on. I'm still looking for others' opinions.

Emissions are not a major concern. Torque curve is :)

Or course, an adjustable cam gear will be used.

Thanks

Andrew

my friend (a Volvo FANATIC) has used K cams in his car(s) and he likes them very much. We just chatted the other day because I bought a 86 245 after selling my 81 245 (carb engine -0yuuuck). I was considering a VX cam from ipd but he convinced me that a used K cam from a 82 or 83 (C$ 40.--) from the wrecker will be just as good as the VX cam for US$ 189.--.

He says the cam works well from 3000 rpm up
