Distributer swap 140-160 1967

I have a refurbished Bosch JFUR4 dist. with the vacuum advance that's sitting on the shelf here. I would like to use that JFUR4 instead of the 2-piece points dizzy that's presently in a '67 142 with a B18 engine and 2 SU carbs.
If I cap off the vacuum advance...do see any problems using this JFUR4 dizzy with that B18?

As long as you aren't worried about getting the best performance by taking advantage of the vacuum advance, it will work just fine.

If you did want to use the vacuum advance, you have to modify or replace 1 of the carbs to use it as you need ported vacuum, not manifold vacuum. The 1st pair of HS6 carbs Volvo used had the correct ported vacuum fitting on the rear carb.
