PV temperature guage 444-544

All:
The temperature guage on my 1962 PV544 (gas filled tube coming from the engine block) has failed.
Anyone know if this is repairable?

    Yes, they can be repaired and the shop I've used charges around $200.00.

    I have a new 1, but it'll cost more than getting yours rebuilt, but it's ready to go.

    I have 1 of the later versions. The early versions of those gauges are at 212°F/100°C when pegged. The later version indicates 212°F/100°C when the needle is in the middle of the gauge.
