Hello,

We lost our lease and can't find a new place to move to.

Is there anybody out there that has or knows someone that has a place for us to relocate?

We would prefer to stay in LA County, but at this point we're open to other areas.

We need to be able to deal directly with the owner of the property as real estate agents almost automatically reject any automotive related businesses.

If we can't find a place, we're going out of the repair business.

Could you describe desired location, square feet, outdoor parking area size, and what area within what county in L.A.?

While rather private, any indication of how much monthly is okay for you if a rental is suitable?

Planning and zoning issues?

So we can help you in the search for your next, best fit, Volvo auto service (and sales) facility.

Have you posted on Turbobricks or other like enthusiast sites?

You know David Bello in L.A. and the Volvo clubs there. He does professional media production. Too put a word out.

At this point it's too late to help us unless someone wants to dump a bunch of money on us.

We were served a 5 day notice to vacate yesterday, so we are having to close up and go out of business.

We're putting some parts into storage that we MIGHT be able to sell, but unless we can make a substantial amount, we won't be able to afford the storage fees and we'll wind up losing it all.

I've been watching your posts. I am not in a position to know of any shop locations, but I certainly wish you best of luck. My current mechanic will be retiring in the future, and I was planning to come to your shop when that happened. Hard to believe that there would not be any suitable place in LA County, but I know nothing of such things. Again, best of luck.
