Run, don't walk away from that eBay seat belt listing. That doesn't at all look right and the price is ridiculously low. The retractor pictured is way too big for any Volvo. Volvo 700/900 seat belt assemblies including the retractor are different left/right and back/front. They list fitment for some 1,390 assorted models/years which doesn't at all make sense. Volvo seatbelt buckles are fairly unique, only one or two European makes use that narrower buckle tab width. Volvo seatbelt assemblies including the retractor are closer to $275 MSRP. Despite the description, for $40 I think it might be the pictured grey lap belt they're selling. If you're lucky, that might fit a 700/900 middle rear two-point seatbelt application. At best you'd be getting the three-point webbing and it wouldn't have the plastic rivet stop. Aranova is a Chinese re-seller of general automotive parts with their primary webstore on Alibaba.
I can't believe you can't find someone nearby, like in Boston, who does seatbelt re-webbing. It's not at all rocket science. One of the top seatbelt repair places in the country is in Massachusetts, Seat Belt Restore, aka/ Safety Restore, in Westfield. They also fix/replace retractors and pyrotechnic pre-tensioners. Any local raceway or custom car club should know of local people if you can't find a listing. Be sure to disable the SRS system by disconnecting the battery before disconnecting and removing the pre-tensioner.
