Steering Wheel Cover 1800 1970

My gen-U-ine, super-fine, top-of-the-vine leather cover, from a 1980's restoration, is way past its prime. Has anyone had any experience with getting a decent, sew-it-yourself (I must had hyphens for dinner!) cover for an OE steering wheel? Or, alternatively, is there some craftsperson I could ship the wheel to to do the job with a quick turnaround that won't break the bank? Is this something an local auto upholstery shop might handle?

On Amazon.
AULLY PARK Universal Truck Steering Wheel Cover Genuine Leather Stitch On Wrap, 17-18 Inch, (Size XL, Black)
I had to narrow it and punch new holes.
Installed it over a cheap plastic cover for cushioning and a bit better grip.
Looks and feels great

I was pretty happy with the one I got off Amazon for my Duett. It was cheap, looks good. easy to stitch on once I figured how to do it. Made for a slightly thicker wheel but I was able to overlap it and it stitched up fine. Search "BELINOUS Leather Steering Wheel Cover" on Amazon.
