Just picked up wagon for my son.
Installed 3rd row seat, works fine.
But how do fold into cubby hole?
The seat folds onto itself but I cant raise the plywood platform it is bolted to. Seems like there is a safety latch or something preventing it from lifting up.

Not futzed with the 245 third row seat in a billion years, so I forget and can't help.

Some YouTube videos treat the 240 wagon (245) third row seat.
