Center Support Bearing 140-160 1968

I have the drive shaft on the work bench and trying to remove that large nut for the center support bearing. Is that a left hand thread ?
1968 Volvo 142

Maybe it's my post stroke condition that has me confused by your terminology. The nut securing the support bearing is normal--nothing special. - Dave

Yes, nothing special. A pair of large Stilsons working against each other makes it easy to loosen.
