Instrument Tag 200 1981

This tag slipped out from the edge of one of the main instruments in my '81 242DL. Not sure which. Can anyone tell what the tag means?

My guess is it's the tachometer.

15 or more years ago I bought an instrument cluster that was (supposedly) from a 264/265. It bears a similar sticker on top of the pod, and you can probably guess why I think yours is from the tach.

    Hi,

I can only say that the bottom number is the date of manufacture or date that the unit was assembled before the cars assembly time.
This, of which I would assume, was a contract number or a purchase order number from various vendors used.
It also can be some “in-house” inventory number for their recognition.
These clusters come with variations of a clock and a tachometer on the left side let alone the craziness with the ways to use different light bulbs for different markets around the world.

    Phil
