Need help identifying a broken-off part 200 1993

Hi! What's this piece that fell off of my 1993 Volvo 240 wagon? It looks like a tube with both ends pressed, one end has a bushing attached to it with a bolt and the other end appears snapped off of something. I found it wedged near the front grille. Is this some kind of anti-vibration piece or is it something I should be very concerned about? I'm wondering if it was attached to the transmission cooler? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure that is the lower support bracket for the electric fan mounted in front of the condenser and/or radiator.
