HIF6 on 544 B20 444-544

Might be putting a set of HIF6 SU carbs in my 544 with a B20. I'm assuming the linkage would need to be custom and won't pair to the existing HS6 linkage. Any tips?

    You are correct in that the HIF6 carbs will need individual short links. Over the years of my 122/140 ownership I developed a number of "creative" carb setups. I have one crosshaft with the double "balls" and lots of linkage with single balls. The bracket the balls are attached to are brazed to the crosshaft - they can be un-brazed. A second bracket can be added to accommodate the HIF carbs. I'm sure I'd have the parts to set you up.
