REMOVING SPEEDO CLUSTER - 1980 245 200 1980

Trying to remove my speedo cluster to replace O/D and Choke bulbs. Have removed bottom 2 bolts - but how do I pry or pull it out - please and thanks. I reached behind and tried to push up and out but no luck.
