I have a 1964 220 and recently had the generator repaired. When I removed the generator I found that there were no spacers or sleeves that show up in the diagram I found on the VP site. I ordered a new hardware mounting kit, but it did not include any of the spacers. I have found them on the CVI site and plan to order them. My question is, how many should I order?

    3 for the generator mounting bracket and 1 for the tensioner bracket.

    FYI, I have plenty of good used ones and I'm in SoCal.

      Thank you! By the way, CVI now has a locking gas cap for the 220. That's what got me hunting for items on the site.

        I keep forgetting to check the CVI site more often.

        CVI has undertaken the task of having a variety of essential parts for old Volvos reproduced that no one else would and that includes Volvo and I guarantee you it isn't cheap to do.

        For example, they are the primary source for all the new turn signal switches that have long been NLA for 544, 122, 1800, 140 and 164 Volvos. And I'm pretty sure the same applies to all of the main wiring harnesses and the fuel injection wiring harnesses that are now available.
