Coolant pooled inside intake Manifold 200

I have a 91 240 that I have had for over 28 years - it is my 3rd 240.
I removed the throttle body to clean it and saw that antifreeze had pool just inside the intake manifold!! I have never seen this before. Any ideas where it is coming from and how to fix it?? Car has had very little use over the last 3 years - I am in the process of getting back on the road. Have driven it about 40 miles in the last 3 week. Seems to run fine.

Coolant pooled inside intake Manifold 200

I may be wrong about the antifreeze. I think it was fuel that was pooling. My sniffer isn't working very well these days. It appears to have pooled right on top of the cold start injector port. I had run the car for about 30 seconds before removing the throttle body the next day. I am starting to think I have an issue with the cold start injector.
