Call the yards to see what else they may have or cost to remove and ship.
It will be less expensive if the yard has the model range with your 1983 and adjacent model years with this same steering column. You can use the Volvo parts webstore to more or less accurately define the model year range.
I'm unsure what the year range before and after that match the 1983 steering column. Yet the 1983 240 may have the exact fit you want, we hope.
Else, you may have to look westwardly to Portland, Seattle, and Bellingham WA for parts.
