I have a 1987 245. When I try to pick the doors with the key or by depressing the knob, only the drivers side will lock or unlock. any advice?

If it's similar to the 700s. There is a switch that connects to the driver door lock rod. It could be bad or needs adjusting. It triggers the other door locks.

Depending on exactly what OP meant by "When I try to pick the doors with the key or by depressing the knob, only the drivers side will lock or unlock," it could be a switch problem.

My interpretation is the "driver's side" included the left rear door; that at least one actuator was doing its job. If I'm not reading this right, and she meant only the driver's door, then there are several possibilities, including the wires to the lock knob switch or key switch. Even fuse 8.

I would start by removing the door card on one of the right side doors that are not responding. The blue and yellow wires connect to the lock actuators. Because the right hand doors are usually not used as much as the left hand doors, I'd not suspect the wires broken in the door jamb, but would verify the lock and unlock voltage was arriving by using a test light at the connector.

Feel the actuator, to see if it is trying to move. My bet is you've got water damage inside the actuator. Some will tell you about the relays under the dash, but they are never the problem, and in this case for sure not, because you have the left rear door actuator working, according to your post.
