1991 Radio suppression relay connector 700

Hello all,
The connectors on both radio suppression and fuel pump relays are all shot. At present each connector is individually soldered to each wire then shrinked wrap. I am unable to source new connectors that I can splice to the existing wires. The pins on the relays are round and not the spade type. Suggestions?

    Volvo sells repair wires for the suppression relay and they cost $10.62 each. Unfortunately, Volvo only sells them with white wire.

    I have the Volvo wires and an aftermarket version. The aftermarket versions come in a few limited colors including white for $6.50 each.

    FYI, the suppression relay is nothing special except for the stupid connectors. It's just a 4 pin 30 amp relay and it would be easy to convert to a much cheaper and more easily available relay. You can even employ a socket to hold the wires.

    You can repair the fuel pump relay wires if needed and using some of the same crimp connectors needed to replace the suppression relay A new plastic socket is also available for the fuel pump relay.

        You can convert both of them the same way.

        We are little fanatic about electrical connections, so we stock a lot of original style double crimp connectors so we can repair broken wires and keep them looking stock. We try to use as few of the cheap single crimp connectors.

        And since we often have to fabricate custom harnesses, we have things like new plastic sockets and the correct crimp connectors for holding the wires to match for things like common relays.
