PV444 headliner 444-544 1958

I am getting the car ready for upholstery which will include a new headliner. Neither the headliner nor the bows were installed when I got the car. I have cleaned and painted the bows and noticed that they are numbered. Here is my problem. I have #1, two #2s, #3 and one that I cannot find a number on due to some pitting. This unmarked one is a different length than any of the others. When I install them in the car, using one of the #2s as #5 and the unmarked as #4, it all seems to fit but I don't know how it will look with the headliner installed. I am going to have a professional do the installation. Does anyone have any dimensions, length, etc for #4 and #5?

I measured all headliner bows on the inside of the curves with a fabric tape measure so it would follow the curve. All were measured tip to tip.
    #1=45 inches
    #2= 45-1/2 inches
    #3=47 inches
    #4=47 inches
    #5=47 inches

    Hope this helps.

Each of the 5 bows has different part numbers. I think they are numbered 1-5 from the front. If you mock up the ones that are numbered the others can be selected to fit the remaining positions. 2 and 3 or 3 and 4 may be very close in length. Good luck.

This may help, numbered bows are shown at 14:00 3 and 4 look to be the same length.

I made a new headliner for a 544 a few years ago, but didn't think to measure the length of the bows. If I remember correctly 2 or 3 of them are the same length. If you can arrange them so they all fit fairly well everything should work out.
