I'm having trouble trying to find & identify the paint code on my '79 244DL. I'd call it "light beige"(not metallic) but none of the numbers on the data plate under the hood match anything I've seen on several of the lists or charts I've looked at on line. It's a one-owner car with the original paint. Am I missing something?

I think they are on the doors latch sides.

I don't know for sure either!

Hey Phil,
I found it, but not on the under-hood plate where my Haynes manual says it is. It's on the edge of the front passenger door. Who-da-thunk-it? Thanks
