is a replacement for this available or must i re-solder all connections ?

These bad solder joints affected charging system and speedometer.....

    Q - Is a replacement for this available or must i re-solder all connections ?
    A - Re-solder all connections. The type of solder used in that time period was leaded solder. Leaded solder have lower melting point (than lead-free type) thus making resoldering job easier. Apply heat from soldering iron for 1-2 seconds and its done. Add some fresh solder too. I resoldered all on my 1994 board under 15 minutes. Also look for leaked capacitor on the speedo board. It could cause non-functioning speedo.
