Camshaft swap volvo 245 200

Hi there
I'll be glad to have some advice
I've got to change my timing belt, but while doing it, I'm thinking about changing the camshaft for a better one.
My 245 have a B200E engine (don't know if it's available in USA)
Is there somebody who know whitch camshaft it use, and whitch camshaft can be put in replacement for more power/torque?

(sorry for my english)

Both the A and B cam have been used in turbo engines by Volvo as well as the n/a engines. With the n/a engines you will get about a 10hp increase but the main difference is that you get an engine that revs more freely. Has a wide power band while still easily passing emissions.

fyi ...i have a pristine B cam on the shelf i no longer can use since i have a 940 with head mounted distributor. the b cam is not machined for that diz setup.

$40 for the cam plus ship at cost

I don't know the specifics of camshafts that are in North American cars - or what your motor has - but generally the E specified motors make more power than our motors. - Dave
