Hi all...….again,
Having a really touch time getting out the old tensioner assembly on the 1993 wagon. The old roller sounds gritty and I cannot get the assembly out to change the roller. Any tips on this?

Once the tension is off of the spring with a pin in the shaft you should be able to pull it straight out. Perhaps a bit of assist from a flat bladed screw driver between the tensioner and the block?
