Discovered the condenser in one of the 1994 cars has a hole in it.

I am not a fan of Nissen products. Other than Volvo who is supplying replacements that you are happy with?

    Buy the largest aftermarket, contemporary stacked plate style condenser you can make fit. Classic Auto Air and Vintage Air stock several. I used a 15” x 21” Classic Auto Air unit when I put their universal system in my 242.

    Volvo OE condenser is sturdier built than Nissens. This is important if you live up north with road salts corroding aluminium parts. Currently using Nissens but I live in tropical climate. Previously using OE until it suffers internal blockage from compressor wear replaced it with current Nissens (replaced compressor too). Haven't tried condensers from others. Maybe condensers from 4 Seasons as another possible option.
