Codes 123, 221, and 212 200 1990

Looking at buying a 1990 240 sedan, very nice interior, rust free body, automatic, one owner. Runs fine, but throws a 123, 221, and 212 code. Also, the compressor for the A/C doesn't come on. Walk away? Repair cost? Maybe $2000? Any advice would be appreciated. Also, the odometer is not operating so mileage is unknown. Owners books in the car indicate probably around 140,000 miles.

Engine coolant temp sensor and O2 sensor replacement aren't too bad. The AC? Well, that could be low refrigerant, but you need to know if it is R12 or R134a. If it is a compressor or a new clutch, more money. R12 is available.
Is there any maintenance history from the current owner? Any rusty panels? Sagging headliner?

Keeping it running is better than buying new
