Has anybody installed a Prior Automotive Booster (single line)?? Looks like they have a model # 9700344 that works on the 1965 122.

I'm sure there are those who have done something similar, but I'm also sure that won't bolt right on, so a lot of modifications will be needed.

May I assume you want to use a dual circuit master cylinder?

I've recently updated 2 different pre-1968 122s with single circuit brakes to a slightly modified version of the dual circuit brake system Volvo used on 1968 122S and 1800S delivered to the USA.

It's mostly bolt on parts requiring very few modifications. The majority of the modifications are brake line related and to the brake light switch.

search vh-44 remote brake booster on ebay. these must be Chinese copies because they are giving them away

I modified my 68 122 to a 140 booster and master cylinder. One of the best improvements I have made. I did have to modify the mount flange to bolt up to the firewall. Bob Foltz @ 570 689-2886 makes custom mounts for our cars.
