Any suggestions for a nice quality, non Pep Boys-like leather steering wheel wrap. Anybody have comments on the use of one? Thanks.

It's sort of an individual preference thing. Some people like the fat, squishy covers. Personally I like just a quality plain leather cover that isn't too thick.

Used one of these on my OEM Momo/Volvo R-Sport wheel. Fantastic quality. Has held up beautifully for 15 years or so....
