I'm not frequent on the board, sorry for a late response. Not a scam ! Nice product.
I brought a set for my '67 122S Amazon about 8 years ago via ebay from their British agent; www.groupharrington.com
After I paid for them via PayPal they arrived / delivered (direct from SGN Vietnam) a short time later via DHL Express duty paid. Nicely packaged, nice quality, be sure that your bumper brackets are perfect straight and aligned. If you nick or dent them, it can be hammered out and polished.

For a less expensive, less effective (as bumpers) and VERY light weight solution - I laid up fiberglass INSIDE the aluminum Commando forgings.

My steel bumpers could easily be straightened a little an painted, silver, body color. white etc. but being a a 60's car as I did on numerous cars I built in the 90's.
It just looks better with the shiny stuff (chrome or even better stainless steel) and I don't want to go to the expense and frustration of dealing with a plater.

I wonder if buying the stainless steel bumpers from Vietnam would be protected by my credit card if they were not received are were not of acceptable quality.

A friend of mine bought them. I don't know who the seller was. I was told that they are made in Viet Nam and the took a little work to make them fit. They look terrific on his car.
