Hello,
I am not having much luck finding a cheap cat-back exhaust for my 940. I got a cat-back system for one of my 240's for 98.00 shipped(!)on ebay, but no such luch for the 940. Rockauto has one for 170.00 (too high) but, the diagram show it including the front pipe and the cat! Has to be a typo. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks. I checked FCP, and they have sold out, and backordered that kit. But, they have all of the individual pieces of the"kit" in stock. I am going to call them tomorow and ask if they will compile all of the parts and sell them to me as the "kit" for the same price.

Hope you're well. While I doubt FCP will assemble a kit from parts and sell it for the kit price, it can't hurt to ask. The worst result: the sales rep falls from his chair while laughing and sues you for "damages".

You can re-use the rubber "hangers" and can get clamps (two, 2" and two, 2-1/8") at any auto-supply store.

Thus, you only need the six main parts: front muffler, over-axle pipe, rear muffler, tail pipe, and brackets for front and rear mufflers.

The larger (2-1/8") clamps are for the front muffler (to cat pipe and to over-axle pipe). The smaller (2") clamps are for the over-axle pipe to rear muffler and rear muffler to tail-pipe.

Hope you're well. Try www.fcpgroton.com. They have cat-back kits for 940s for about $160.00. This kit includes clamps, hangers, and brackets.

I don't think you'll find a much lower price, unless someone sells a kit they bought for a car, that suddenly got "totaled".
