Hi my Volvo 240 estate has developed a rear wobble at low speeds and vibration it has been sitting around for a year any thoughts seized rotor dodgy prop shaft up ? Steve uk

Hi,

Tires might have cold set flat on one side.
Were they ever flat? How much have you driven it?

The other ideas you have are very plausible. The center support bearing for the driveshaft come to mind along with U joints.
There rear end system is completely mounted to the car by rubber bushings.
Check for those that can collapse to one side.

Possible bad tire, ruptured belt. Examine it closely, run your hand over the tread and feel for a bulge.
