Volvo shop in Raleigh, NC?? 200 1992

Hi folks,

I picked up a nice 92 240 for my son who attends NC State in Raleigh NC. Looking to see if the group has any recommendations for a good shop in the area he can take it to for service.

Thanks,
Scott

Ended up at Reeve Smith. Positive experience for us. They definitely know the RWD cars well.

Harrison's on Capital was a good Volvo specialist when I lived there years ago, though I recall they were somewhat expensive. I want to say they were gone or had moved when I was there last year though.

There's also a good general garage in an Exxon at Six Forks and Strickland about ~20 min from State in North Raleigh. They worked on our Volvos and various other cars for 10+ years and were our go-to mechanics before my family and I moved. Prices were good and they were honest guys there. Apparently they still exist and are still reviewed well, Six Forks Station Exxon. Might be worth looking into.

I haven't lived there in several years though so who knows if anything has changed.

Harrison's moved out to Craftsman Drive off Old Wake Forest Road. If I have to take 'em in they go to Harrison's.
