Brakes 444-544

I used to have the part numbers memorized for PV brake parts at NAPA/ O’Reilleys/Rock Auto etc. But they have faded from my feeble mind.
I need to replace the rear wheel cylinders and shoes on my ‘58 Duett (not the automatic adjust type) the shoes are 158 but having a hard time referencing the cylinders.
Anyone willing to share ?

I see two:

659673: Front axle 25.4 mm with recess for thrust pin
659683: Rear axle 21 mm with recess for thrust pin

Not sure if these ring a bell or not. I just found them on Skandix:

I’m looking for the Wagner numbers. I can only seem to source the fronts, but I need the rears.

It might help people if you post the part number for the fronts. Usually the rears are only off by a digit.

F19235 13/16" rear wheel cylinder and I usually have them in stock, but unfortunately, not in Wagner as they have been NLA for many years.

FYI, lately I have had trouble with fitment as some of the castings are too big and sometimes I have to grind on the outside of the wheel cylinder in certain spots so the wheel cylinder fits correctly to the backing plate.

And sometimes, I have to remove the bleeder to install the wheel cylinder because the hole isn't drilled in the right spot, but you can get the bleeder in after the wheel cylinder is installed.

Has anyone tried Moss Motors ? I believe some of the parts on early Volvos were sourced from England. I recently was able to purchase NEW brake calipers and master cylinder for my Triumph TR-6, when NAPA, Rock Auto, and everybody else had them as unavailable, either new or rebuilt.

Thanks Eric. That explains why I was having so much trouble. Thanks also for the heads up on fitment.
