Speedometer/Odometer error 120-130

I know that this subject has probably been covered numerous times, but I'm still puzzled.

I have a '67 122S 4dr. with 4.10 rear end ratio, running on 195/65R15 tires and have installed an M41 OD trans out of a '67 123GT. I had the blue gear p/n380168 in the trans, but speedo read about 20mph fast and the odo was off a good 10%. I have now installed a 19 tooth gear p/n380305 hoping that it would correct things, but to no avail.
The speedometer is still reads fast, but only by about 7MPH, but the odometer reads short by 14%, (for every 10miles traveled the odometer only records 8.5miles ). Is there and easy way to correct things so that the speedometer and odometer are more accurate ? Thks

I forgot to mention in that post that the use of non-stock rolling diameter tire sizes will change the accuracy as well.

The speedo repair shop I use can install an adjustable gearbox inline with the speedo cable to correct the speedometer, but the car has to be at his shop.

And I am not sure the adjustable gearbox modification will also make the odometer more accurate.
