I don't know how successful you would be in replacing yours with one that includes the used hinge. The "keepers" on those are a one time use item. You position the hinge to the panel and press in the pins. That action expands the blind side securing the hinge to the body panel.

You might include the color you need. It would great to find the correct color and not have to paint it.
