B20 & M40 identification 140-160

What do I need to ID and engine and a transmission? Trying to get an idea of what year, and perhaps the model of car (sedan, I think- guessing 140 series) The engine is a B20 stamped 20205 and is has SUs M40 transmission is cast with number 380100, 120N, K4. It has a really large yoke

I'm trying to help a friend sell this but he does not remember what vehicle it came from. It has been in storage for 30+ years.
