Has anyone used classicvolvorestoration.com carlin global? A U.S. based company that has a nice website.

For what it's worth, I've had good luck finding parts on Ebay, new & used. I just recently bought a new muffler for my 122, and was a perfect fit. If you're looking for used parts it helps to be patient, sooner or later someone will list the item you're looking for.

That business is actually run by a guy over in Sweden. I've only ordered one part from him before - a small toggle switch. The first one arrived faulty but he quickly made good and sent me another one. He has an arrangement with one of the other Swedish parts houses so if one of them doesn't have the part, the other one will ship it. I'd probably order from him again.

I’ve done a couple orders from him. Pricing seems fair and shipping was fast. I got one part which was wrong item but he made it right. Very responsive on email for questions and customer service. He said mainly he ships from a warehouse in NC, but if you need something he doesn’t have there in a hurry, he said he can sometimes have items shipped straight from Sweden.
One note: I think he travels back and forth between here and Sweden often and sometimes the site is basically shut down for a few days at a time while he is traveling. I was wondering what was up at first, plus he posts a countdown clock as to when the site will be back up, so you’ll know when it happens.
