Does the top alternator arm mount just have one rubber bush that goes in from the radiator side.(front of car).

Is it a total of three rubber bushes used to mount the alternator on a 92 240 mounted low on the exhaust side.

My mechanic pulled mine apart and cant work it out.

If he pulled the lower ones out also, they go inside out. Meaning that the large end of the bushing touches the alternator on both sides.

Yes, only three.

two for where the alternator attaches to, and one for the arm from bar (tensioner) that comes from the engine block.

The rubber mount goes in the side that mounts against the engine block.
