74 fuel distributor 140-160

My email is geneshanklin@yahoo. I'm like 98% sure having problems with my fuel distributor on my 74 volvo. Is has a bosch (last five digits are 0005) I have three of them and an they all do the same thing. No gas to the injectors. If I play with the plunger and push it al the way in I get gas. ANY suggestions it's hard to find a reputable place that rebuilds them. Thanks
