Does anyone know the part number for the rubber plugs that go in the front end of the frame horns on a pv444 and where to get them?

I do not think the holes in the front of the frame horns were done at the factory. I think the holes were put in there to take care of rust issues. I could be wrong but my 58 444 and the 1963 544 does not have the holes. I have often wondered about this when I see others with the holes. Larry
