Volvo in North Korea 200

the link won't click on me but is this where the DPRK bought a BUNCH of 144's, special tools, spare tools, etc. and made 145's from wrecks, and then just ignored ALL requests to pay anything? So the Swedish taxpayer paid it all and the Koreans took the money and spent it on biological and chemical warfare equipment and research and, of course, nuclear weapons research?
