I have a damaged door striker plate on a 1962 544, the center piece is broken and the bottom stabilizer piece and spring fell out. I am either looking for the pieces to fix it or a good replacement.

I have a striker plate that is missing the outer slides but the base and inner tab and spring are intact. I'll send it to you if that will help, call me @ 619-345-4285 or email me @ petekoop@ymail.com

The last ones I bought was from Swedish Treasures but I see they are not on their site anymore. Try Joe Lazenby at Susquehanna Spares 717-921-2644, if he don`t have them he might know where to find them. Also IRoll motors 408-778-1544. Eric aka Planetman might chime in.
